Make Your Kids Nerds While They’re Young! DC Comics has announced DC Zoom and DC Ink, a line of books your young readers coming Spring 2019. DC Zoom features stories for ages 8-12, while DC Ink is for readers 13 and up! So far the titles announced are trade paperbacks, some of them featuring new artists and writers for DC Comics.
The first DC Ink title is Mera: Tidebreaker. When the Xebellian military plots to overthrow Atlantis and break free of it’s oppressive regime, Mera siezes the opportunity to take control of her own destiny by assassinating Arthur Curry– the long-lost prince and heir to the kingdom of Atlantis. But her mission gets sidetracked when Mera and Arthur falls in love. Written by New York Times best-selling author Danielle Paige. Art and cover by Stephen Byrne.
The first DC Zoom title Super Sons: The Polarshield Project is the beginning of an epic three part series. Conan the Barbarian is back with Marvel! Conan’s travels have brought him to the far reaches of the unknown, from his birthplace in Cimmeria to the kingdom of Aquilonia and all in between. As his fighting prowess allows him to carve his way through life, so too does it attract forces of death!
This all new saga spanning many ages begins here with an all star team! Jason Aaron (The Mighty Thor, Star Wars) will be the writer as artist Mahmud Asrar (Uncanny X-Men) will bring to life a new story for Conan, one where his destiny will be forever changed!
Conan the Barbarian starts in January!

Age of X-Men sparks exciting new stories in 2019!
As the 10-part weekly story line of Uncanny X-Men “Disassembled” comes to a close, it will launch a new event: Age of X-Men!
Marvel has announced six new five issue miniseries with the banner Age of X-Men: The Marvelous X-Men, Nextgen, The Amazing Nightcrawler, The X-Tremists, Prisoner X, and Apocalypse and the X-Tracts. From December’s Previews, we have a first look at a few of the new titles.
Age of X-Men: The Marvelous X-Men brings us the perfect heroes for a perfect world. The X-Men have created a utopia where living in fear is a thing of the past. All of mutantkind idolize these heroes. But when danger threatens the world they built, the Marvelous X-Men must set things right for the good of all.
And no one dares say otherwise.
Age of X-Men: Nextgen shows us that in this new utopia, the Summers Institute for Higher Learning is the premier school for the mutant community. But even in this peaceful society, teenagers will always find a way to rebel as they discover what it really means to live in an age of peace and harmony.
Age of X-Men: The Amazing Nightcrawler brings us the biggest celebrity since George Clooney: Mr. Kurt Wagner, the Nightcrawler! Having trouble balancing his job as an X-Men and being a blockbuster movie star, Kurt struggles with it all. As he turns to his friends and crew, he starts realizing something isn’t quite right in Hollywood.
Age of X-Men: The X-Tremists realize that a perfect world just doesn’t happen. It must be maintained. Enter in the X-Tremists to protect the people of the world from threats they don’t even know exist, including the most devastating threat of all: Love.
