Welcome to Hill House Comics!
Just in time for Halloween, DC Comics welcomes horror mastermind Joe Hill to their line up. Starting this month, a new line of horror comics will debut with Basketful of Heads #1. These five new titles will also have a serialized backup comic called “Sea Dogs” about a group of werewolves terrorizing a crew of sailors at sea.
The Hill House Comics line includes Basketful of Heads, The Dollhouse Family (debuts in November), The Low, Low Woods (debuts in December), Daphne Byrne (debuts in January), and Plunge (debuts in February).
“We’re so happy to welcome Joe Hill to DC, and to partner with him on this new specialty line of creator-owned horror books,” DC publisher Dan DiDio said. “Horror has been such an integral part of DC’s history, and it’s a tradition we want to see revitalized. As a lifetime fan of horror, I know fans are going to be so excited when these books hit shelves.”
